Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged or we have sent the wrong product. You will need to provide clear photos of the issue when requesting a return. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure to include photos of the item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or sent incorrectly. Items that are simply unwanted, used, or in good condition cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delivery confirmation
Once the courier marks your order as delivered, it is considered out of our hands, and there is limited ability for us to recover missing items.
